Hi I'm Clare, and I'll be your guide on this journey of rest, self connection and exploration. These sessions are inspired by Authentic Flow, an approach to yoga that combines science and somatics with non-dual tantric philosophy. Through the senses we guide the awareness into the body and open up to a direct sensory experience of yourself, as you are, here, now. This series, HELD, is inspired and birthed from my personal exploration of creating an anchor of safety and home within. Through opening up a conversation between my inner and outer environment I've noticed my sense of trust in life, and myself, expanding. I feel more able to relax into, and enjoy, the present moment as it is knowing, through direct experience, that I am held and supported. The intention for these sessions is to create a space for you to come as you are, rest in movement together, and gently guide you on your own exploration and experience of yourself, however that looks.
